Farm Manager - Antalya

From the VEGETABLES business unit, we are seeking a Farm Manager , to be located in Antalya (Turkiye).

What will be your responsibilities?

• Manage the development and maintenance of station infrastructure and equipment.
• Direction and coordination of all station operations based on crop needs and breeding requests.
• Planning and organisation of processes and general needs of the station: infrastructure, inputs and personnel.
• Elaboration of breeding protocols together with the rest of the Farm Manager and ensuring their execution in the station.
• Management and training of staff.
• Reinforce, communicate and coordinate the official protocols established.
• Efficient management of resources.
• Review and control of expenses. Budget request and expense control with IPL.

Requirements:

You are the talent we are looking for if you...

• Have an Agronomy Degree ot Technical Agricultural Engineer
• Have experience in similar roles and team management.
• Live in Antalya or surroundings
• Speak Turkish & English.
