We are seeking an experienced Farm Supervisor to lead and develop agricultural operations supporting our healthcare and hospitality projects, ensuring a sustainable local food supply.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee farm operations from planning through production.
• Supervise, train, and mentor farming staff.
• Implement sustainable practices to maximize yield for hospitals, restaurants, and the local community.
• Coordinate logistics, procurement, and reporting related to agricultural production.

Candidate Profile

• Fluent in English (minimum Level 5).
• Proven experience in agriculture, farm management, or agri-business.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with the wider project team.
