Farm Supervisor & Foreman- preferably Nepal/Srilankan/India

We are seeking an Agricultural Maintenance Supervisor & Foreman to oversee farm operations, workforce management, and maintenance of agricultural infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day farm operations, ensuring smooth workflow and productivity.
• Supervise, train, and coordinate farm workers, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Implement agricultural plans, including crop cycles, planting, irrigation, and harvesting schedules.
• Manage preventive and routine maintenance of equipment, tools, irrigation systems, and farm facilities.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports on workforce activities, farm output, and operational challenges.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Monitor use of farm assets and ensure proper handling of machinery and resources.
• Collaborate with management on planning, problem-solving, and introducing new techniques or improvements.
• Support visitor engagement activities and guide farm tours when required (if applicable).

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a farm supervisor, foreman, or similar role.
• Strong leadership and workforce management skills.
• Practical knowledge of crop management, irrigation, and farm maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and oversee basic repairs.
• Excellent organizational and reporting skills.
• Flexible, proactive, and able to adapt to seasonal farm demands.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/other languages are a plus).
