Foreman

PROJECT WILL BE IN TAJIKISTAN - Dushanbe.

Job Summary:

Oversee and coordinate daily construction site activities to ensure timely, safe, and quality project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and assign tasks to on-site workers and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Monitor work progress and report to management.
• Inspect materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain site records and documentation.
• Resolve on-site issues and delays.
• Train and guide junior staff.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Construction Foreman or similar role.
• Knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• OSHA or safety certification preferred.
