production, we work closely with a network of local organic farms and food

artisans to offer a robust selection of fresh, ethically sourced products to our

Our offerings include a thriving Community Supported Agriculture (CSA)

program, a curated online store, farmers market stands across South Florida,

and a growing wholesale program for chefs and retailers. At Paradise Farms, we

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Farm Office Manager to help us

continue to grow with purpose—while maintaining the high standards of care

and integrity that our farm and our customers rely on.

Job Summary:

We're seeking a passionate and proactive Sales Assistant to join our team at the

Farmers Market. If you have a background in sales or customer service and are

enthusiastic about regenerative agriculture and healthy food, we want to hear

from you! The ideal candidate is punctual, organized, and brings positive energy

to every interaction, coupled with strong communication skills and a can-do

attitude. You'll play a key role in engaging with customers, sharing our

commitment to sustainable practices, and ensuring a vibrant market

experience.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping

experience by providing exceptional service, managing product displays, and ensuring

that our grocery store operates smoothly. This position requires strong communication

skills, a knack for sales, and the ability to supervise and motivate team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting customers at the Paradise Farms market stand

Sharing product stories and answering questions

Helping with setup, upkeep, and breakdown of the stand

• Supervise daily operations within the grocery store to ensure efficiency and high standards of customer service.
• Engage with customers to provide assistance, answer questions, and promote products effectively.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, encouraging sales.
• Maintain stock levels by organizing inventory, restocking shelves, and ensuring products are displayed attractively.
• Utilize POS systems for processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive shopping environment that fosters customer loyalty.
• Perform basic math calculations for inventory management and sales tracking.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
• Experience in sales or customer service is highly desirable.
• Ability to perform product demos confidently and engage customers in conversation about products.
• A proactive attitude towards stocking shelves and maintaining an organized workspace.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7 – 9 per week
