We’re Hiring – Farm House Manager / Administrator

Location: Sukali (Just 1 km from Samriddhi Circle)

Do you love organizing, managing people, and working in a peaceful natural environment?We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Farm Manager / Administrator to handle day-to-day operations of our farm property, manage staff, coordinate events, and oversee administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Farm & Property Management
  • Supervise landscaping, vegetable/fruit orchards & gardening consultants
  • Maintain farm house, office, and garden facilities
  • Staff Management
  • Lead a team of 8 staff – track attendance, performance & tasks
  • Event & Cultural Coordination
  • Assist in organizing monthly cultural events promoting local artists
  • Coordinate vendors, logistics & support media coverage
  • Administration & Travel Coordination
  • Book travel & manage online purchases
  • Handle calendars & scheduling
  • Maintenance & Repairs
  • Identify issues and coordinate with contractors for fixes
  • Miscellaneous Support
  • Assist with foundation work and office admin as needed

What We’re Looking For:

✔ 4+ years experience in farm management / administration

✔ Strong organizational & people management skills

✔ Ability to work independently and take charge

✔ Good communication & decision-making ability

✔ Basic knowledge of farming / gardening preferred

✔ Comfortable with MS Office & Google Suite

Preferred:

Degree in Agriculture / Business / Events / Hospitality

Salary: 25k to 35k
