What You’ll Be Doing (a.k.a. The Fun Stuff!)

• Assisting in classrooms filled with curious and adorable little learners (ages 2–5).
• Speaking Farsi with children throughout the day to build early bilingual foundations.
• Creating and supporting play-based, bilingual activities that spark joy, curiosity, and cultural connection.
• Singing, dancing, and storytelling in both Farsi and English (enthusiasm required, perfect pitch optional!).
• Keeping the classroom safe, clean, and full of love — because learning through exploration can get a little messy!
• Communicating with parents and sharing daily highlights of their children’s progress and adventures.
• Helping children develop empathy, independence, and confidence in two languages every day.

What You Bring to the Table (Besides Smiles & Songs!)

• Fluency in Farsi (required).
• CDA Credential (required) — or willingness to obtain (we’ll help you get there!).
• Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• 1+ years of experience working with preschool-aged children (or a natural love for little ones).
• CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• A nurturing, creative, and patient personality with a love for bilingual learning.
• A great sense of humor — because kids are full of surprises!
