Job Title: Fashion Advisor (Female)

Location: Karachi (Multiple Outlets)

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide personalized styling and product recommendations
• Assist customers in product selection to achieve sales targets
• Maintain visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines
• Ensure proper stock display, replenishment, and cleanliness of the sales floor
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally
• Support ongoing promotions, sales campaigns, and in-store activities
• Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Adhere to company policies, SOPs, and grooming standards

Requirements & Qualifications

• Female candidates only
• Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1–2 years of experience in retail or fashion sales (fresh candidates may apply)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for fashion, trends, and customer service
• Ability to work in shifts, on weekends, and during sale periods
• Presentable, energetic, and target-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
