Role Overview:

As a Fashion Consultant at a luxury fashion brand, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience by combining deep product knowledge, refined styling expertise, and outstanding customer service. You will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring clients receive personalized styling advice and a seamless shopping journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personalized styling and wardrobe advice to clients, ensuring a luxury service experience.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through clienteling and follow-ups.

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of luxury fashion, current trends, fabrics, and brand collections.

Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling.

Maintain store visual standards in alignment with brand guidelines.

Assist with stock management, replenishment, and product presentation.

Support in organizing private appointments, styling sessions, and exclusive brand events.

Uphold the brand’s values and ensure consistency in every client interaction.

Requirements:

Graduate in Fashion, Retail, or a related field preferred.

2–5 years of experience in luxury retail or personal styling.

Strong sense of fashion, styling, and luxury aesthetics.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client engagement skills.

Sales-driven with proven ability to meet/exceed targets.

High level of grooming, etiquette, and presentation to represent the brand’s image.

Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
