We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Fashion Consultant specializing in Western clothes to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets. The Fashion Consultant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting the brand, and driving sales of Western clothing products.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Understand customers' needs and preferences to recommend suitable Western clothing options.
Provide product knowledge and styling advice to enhance the shopping experience.
Sales and Targets:Achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively engaging with customers and closing sales.
Upsell and cross-sell Western clothing items to maximize revenue.
Maintain a strong understanding of current fashion trends and product offerings.
Visual Merchandising:Ensure the effective presentation and visual appeal of Western clothing products on the sales floor.
Assist in organizing and maintaining product displays to attract customer attention.
Inventory Management:Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or

overstock situations.
Keep track of product trends and recommend adjustments to inventory orders accordingly.
Cash Handling:Process customer transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and other payment methods.
Handle returns and exchanges following company policies.
Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Team Collaboration:Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve overall store goals.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Adherence to Policies and Procedures:Follow company policies and procedures related to sales, customer service, and store operations.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in Western clothing or fashion.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for fashion and a good understanding of current trends.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Basic knowledge of inventory management and cash handling.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in fashion or retail management is a plus.
