AMRA is a Canadian startup transforming how North Americans shop Pakistani fashion. Our platform connects style-conscious customers abroad with local fashion experts who know the markets, trends, and hidden gems of Pakistan. We’re on a mission to make Pakistani fashion more accessible, authentic, and exciting — and we’re looking for passionate, resourceful individuals to join our team in Karachi as Fashion Consultants.

What You’ll Do:

As a Fashion Consultant, you’ll be the bridge between our customers and Pakistan’s vibrant fashion scene. Your day will blend online research, on-ground market visits, and creative problem-solving to deliver exceptional shopping experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process customer orders via our digital platform.
• Source and purchase ready-made clothing, shoes, and jewelry on a COD (cash on delivery) basis.
• Coordinate with local tailors for custom orders, including sourcing fabrics and embellishments.
• Stay ahead of fashion trends, brands, and market deals to match customer preferences.
• Conduct quality checks, ensure accurate packaging, and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Communicate with customers and the AMRA team to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
• Deliver completed orders to our central dispatch hub.

What We’re Looking For

• Gender: Female (only)
• Location: Karachi, Pakistan (preferred)
• Age: Ideally under 40
• Strong knowledge of local fashion trends, brands, and markets.
• Background in fashion, retail, or related industries (preferred).
• Excellent negotiation and sourcing skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Reliable personal transportation (mandatory).
• Proficiency in English and Urdu.
• Passion for fashion with a sharp eye for detail.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow with a startup.
