Job Title: Customer Care & Retention Advisor – Fashion Platform


Location: New Cairo Site

Shifts: 24/7 (including night and overnight shifts)

Salary: 18,000 – 20,000 EGP

About the Role

Join our Fashion Platform Customer Care & Retention team and become the voice of a leading global fashion brand. You will assist customers with inquiries, provide exceptional support, and ensure loyalty through personalized service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries related to orders, returns, and fashion products.
  • Deliver outstanding service to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Resolve issues promptly and professionally across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Graduates only).
  • Fluent English (B2–C1 level).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts (including nights and overnights).
  • Previous experience in customer care or e-commerce is a plus.
