Job Summary

Vasani International LLC (Branch) is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Coordinator to support fashion operations, product development coordination, and merchandising activities. The ideal candidate will assist in managing collections, coordinating with suppliers and designers, and ensuring that fashion products align with brand standards and market trends in Doha.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate fashion product development from concept to final production.
• Liaise with designers, suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of collections.
• Support the planning and execution of seasonal collections and fashion campaigns.
• Monitor fashion trends and provide insights to support product selection and merchandising decisions.
• Assist in managing product samples, fittings, and approvals.
• Maintain accurate records of styles, fabrics, and production timelines.
• Coordinate photoshoots, fashion presentations, and showroom displays.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure product alignment with market demand.
• Track inventory levels of fashion items and support replenishment planning.
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout the production and delivery process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in fashion coordination, merchandising, or apparel production.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, fabrics, and garment production processes.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in luxury or ready-to-wear fashion brands.
• Knowledge of supply chain and garment production cycles.
• Creative eye for styling, presentation, and branding.
• Familiarity with fashion software or PLM systems is an advantage.
