Fashion Design Assistant (Part-Time)

We are looking for a motivated and creative Fashion Design Assistant Intern to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fashion industry, contribute to innovative design processes, and work closely with a professional team in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design team to align mood boards and creative vision.
• Preparing sketches, mood boards, trend reports, and inspiration presentations.
• Conduct trend research for upcoming seasons and support in design decision-making.
• Maintain clear communication between the designer and the production team.
• Support in supervising daily team tasks (sewing, cutting, patternmaking) to ensure alignment with design standards.
• Help manage timelines, office workflow, and project deadlines.
• Flexible with working hours when needed during production peaks.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with design software and Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of basic design concepts, colors, and textiles.
• Positive attitude, strong communication, and a proactive mindset.
