Fashion Design Teacher

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of teaching experience

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Fashion Designing Teacher to guide senior secondary students in creative clothing design, pattern making, textile studies, illustration, and garment construction. The ideal candidate should inspire creativity and build strong technical knowledge among students.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Fashion & Apparel Design curriculum for Grades XI–XII (CBSE/State/IB/ICSE as applicable).
• Deliver lessons in fashion illustration, garment construction, draping, textiles, pattern making, styling, and craft studies.
• Prepare lesson plans, practical assignments, and teaching materials.
• Evaluate student performance through projects, portfolios, and exams.
• Guide students during practical work and competitions, exhibitions, and showcases.
• Maintain classroom discipline, safety, and equipment usage standards.
• Collaborate with academic coordinators for curriculum improvement and student projects.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate/ Post-Graduate in Fashion Designing/Textile Design/Apparel Design from a recognized institute.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Fashion Design (school/college/training institute).
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle senior students.
• Proficiency in sketching, textiles, garment construction, pattern drafting, and CAD tools (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹54,000.00 per month
