Fashion Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Create original clothing designs that align with the company’s brand identity and market trends.
• Develop mood boards, sketches, and prototypes to present concepts.
• Select fabrics, embellishments, colors, and patterns to achieve desired styles.
• Work with production teams to ensure designs are accurately translated into final products.
• Research emerging trends, fabrics, and techniques to keep collections fresh and competitive.
• Adjust designs based on feedback and practical requirements.
• Ensure designs meet quality standards and deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a fashion designer or in a similar creative role.
• Strong sketching, CAD, and design software skills (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Knowledge of textiles, patterns, and garment construction.
• Creativity, innovation, and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
