Job Overview

Grace in LA is seeking a passionate and creative Fashion Designer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the denim industry while helping shape the future of a growing women’s apparel brand. You’ll play a key role in helping evolve the brand’s signature Western-inspired aesthetic while bringing in fresher perspectives that resonate with a younger audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design team in creating original seasonal collections, including sketches, CADs, and tech packs
• Conduct trend forecasting and competitive analysis to inform design direction
• Monitor industry shifts and emerging styles that align with brand values and target demographics
• Collaborate with production team on sample revisions and improvements
• Support the marketing team with styling suggestions for shoots
• Ensure cohesive brand presentation across designs and collections

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Fashion Design or related field (or equivalent work experience/internships)
• At least one year of work experience in fashion design
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (or other fashion CAD software)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Passion for denim and women’s fashion

Bonus Skills

• Experience with embroidery, embellishments, or denim washes
• Familiarity with social media trends and aesthetics (Instagram, TikTok)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
