The Fashion Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of the brand’s retail and online presence, ensuring seamless coordination between design, production, sales, and marketing teams. This role requires a strong sense of fashion aesthetics, market understanding, and leadership to drive sales and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the brand, ensuring timely execution of collections and launches.
• Coordinate between design, production, marketing, and retail teams.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to guide product planning.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and influencer collaborations.
• Supervise merchandising, inventory planning, and retail display strategies.
• Oversee customer experience, ensuring brand values are reflected in all touchpoints.
• Track sales performance and prepare business reports.
