Fashion Designer

A well-established fashion brand in Bahrain is looking for an experienced Fashion Designer to handle end-to-end design development.

Requirements

• 3–4 years’ experience in fashion design (sustainable fashion experience ideal)
• Strong sketching and digital illustration skills
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW
• Strong knowledge of textiles and manufacturing processes
• Good communication skills
• Able to work under deadlines
• Diploma or Degree in Fashion Design preferred

Key Duties

• Lead design process from concept to final garment
• Trend research, fabric sourcing, and seasonal themes
• Create sketches, illustrations, and production-ready designs
• Pattern making, draping, garment construction knowledge
• Work closely with tailoring team and technical designers
• Prepare tech packs and production sketches
• Review fit, finish, and product quality
• Ensure designs match brand direction and costing
• Fabric selection and consumption planning
