Fashion Designer – Full-Time

Location: Manama, Bahrain
Nationality: Open to all nationalities

We are seeking a creative and technically strong Fashion Designer to join a growing design team. You will be responsible for developing collections from concept to final production and ensuring high-quality execution.

Role Responsibilities

• Research trends, fabrics, and seasonal inspiration
• Create sketches, digital illustrations, and mood boards
• Develop patterns and draping for new pieces
• Prepare technical drawings and production packs
• Work closely with tailors and production to bring designs to life
• Review samples for fit and finishing quality
• Select fabrics and plan material usage
• Ensure designs align with brand direction and cost targets

What We Need

• 3–4 years’ experience in fashion design
• Strong illustration and sketching skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW
• Solid understanding of textiles and garment manufacturing
• Background or interest in ethical/sustainable fashion preferred
• Strong communication, creativity, and time-management skills
• Diploma/Degree in Fashion Design preferred
