About the Role

Acros Ethnics is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Fashion Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about fashion trends, design concepts, garment styling, and hands-on learning. We are particularly seeking candidates who have at least one year of prior experience in fashion designing with a focus on men’s wear.

Key Responsibilities

Design Development

• Create innovative design ideas, sketches, and mood boards for new collections.
• Assist in developing patterns, silhouettes, and garment styles.
• Research contemporary fashion trends, colors, fabrics, and styling techniques.

Sampling & Production Coordination

• Work closely with the sampling team on pattern-making and stitching.
• Review samples and suggest improvements for fit, finish, and detailing.
• Ensure all final garments align with brand aesthetics and quality standards.

Fabric & Material Handling

• Source suitable fabrics, trims, accessories, and maintain related records.
• Maintain fabric swatches, sample books, and material catalogs.

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Coordinate with production, merchandising, and marketing teams.
• Assist in styling for photoshoots, look books, campaigns, and promotional content.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare and update design sheets, technical packs, measurement charts, etc.
• Maintain well-organized design files and reference documents.

Additional Support

• Participate in client meetings, exhibitions, and brand events as needed.
• Support additional design-related tasks assigned by management.

Skills Required

• Strong creativity and visual imagination
• Basic knowledge of fabrics, colors, and garment construction
• Good sketching skills (manual or digital)
• Ability to research and stay updated with fashion trends
• Attention to detail and eagerness to learn
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Prior experience of at least 1 year in men’s wear design is preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
