Fashion Designer

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join our team in Dubai. This role goes beyond sketching — we need someone who understands research, precision, and construction.

The ideal candidate is analytical, design-driven, and comfortable working hands-on across development stages — from concept research to finalized tech packs ready for production.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on regional fashion markets
• Analyze competitors, pricing, silhouettes, fabric usage, and positioning
• Identify gaps and opportunities
• Sourcing fabrics
• Source trims (zippers, buttons, elastics, labels, etc.)
• Communicate with suppliers and mills regarding samples, MOQ, and lead times

Design & Product Development

• Develop seasonal capsule concepts aligned with brand identity
• Create detailed technical flats (Adobe Illustrator)
• Prepare professional tech packs including:
• Garment measurements & grading
• Construction details
• Fabric and trim specifications
• Stitching instructions
• Fit notes and production comments
• Work closely with production to oversee sampling and revisions

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have experience in fashion designing for a minimum of 3 years
• Must have a related degree or qualification in fashion design
• The candidate must be creative and highly motivated

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 24 per week
