Roles and Responsibilities -

• Research and analyze current fashion trends, colors, fabrics, and consumer preferences.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop seasonal collections aligned with brand strategy.
• Coordinate with the tailors team to manage sourcing, sampling, and production timelines.
• Create and maintain product line sheets, costing sheets, and technical specifications.
• Oversee fabric selection, trims sourcing, and quality approvals before bulk production.
• Track production progress, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Assist in photo shoots, styling, and visual merchandising for campaigns or lookbooks.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify top-selling products and future opportunities.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional events, exhibitions, and product launches.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and retail partners for smooth merchandising operations.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design / Fashion Merchandising / Textile Management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of fabric types, garment construction, and fashion forecasting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Adobe Illustrator, or fashion ERP systems.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Strong sense of aesthetics, color coordination, and visual presentation.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple collections simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
