Job Title: Fashion Design Faculty / Instructor

Job Overview

We are seeking a creative, passionate, and skilled Fashion Design Faculty to guide and inspire the next generation of designers. The ideal candidate will train students in fashion design, garment construction, textiles, fashion illustration, and embroidery, while fostering innovation and industry readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach subjects such as fashion illustration, draping, pattern making, textiles, CAD, and styling.
• Mentor students in design projects, portfolio creation, and fashion show participation.
• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest fashion trends, technology, and market practices.
• Contribute to curriculum design and support industry exposure activities (guest lectures, workshops, exhibitions, etc.).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fashion Design (or equivalent qualification).
• Prior teaching/training or industry experience in fashion design preferred.
• Proficiency in garment construction, textiles, and CAD software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or CLO 3D.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and presentation skills.
• Ability to motivate and mentor students towards professional excellence.
