Role Overview

JABX Institute is seeking a qualified and professional Fashion Designing Faculty to deliver structured, industry-relevant training. The faculty will be responsible for imparting both theoretical knowledge and practical skills, ensuring students are trained to meet current fashion industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom sessions for Fashion Designing students.
• Teach fundamentals of fashion design with practical demonstrations.
• Train students in sketching, pattern making, garment construction, and styling basics.
• Guide students on fabric knowledge, colour theory, and trends.
• Support students in portfolio development.
• Plan assignments, practical tests, and design projects.
• Maintain discipline, quality, and training standards.

Eligibility Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in Fashion Designing or related field.
• Minimum 1 year teaching or industry experience.
• Strong practical knowledge in garment construction and design process.
• Ability to guide beginners confidently.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Preferred Profile

• Candidates with prior boutique, studio, or fashion industry exposure.
• Faculty capable of aligning training with current market and industry needs.
