Isabel Modas LLC is looking for a Fashion IT Manager to lead the digital strategy behind our collections. This role is for a tech professional who understands the speed of the fashion industry and can manage the systems that power our design, retail, and e-commerce operations.

The Work:

• Retail Tech: Oversee POS systems, inventory management software, and RFID tracking across all locations.
• E-Commerce Integration: Ensure seamless data flow between our online storefront, warehouse, and shipping partners.
• Design Support: Manage high-end creative workstations and fashion-specific software (Adobe Suite, CLO 3D, or CAD).
• Network & Security: Secure our digital assets, including proprietary designs and customer payment data.
• Vendor Management: Liaise with global tech providers to ensure 100% uptime for production and sales.

The Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years in IT Management, specifically within Retail, Apparel, or Luxury Goods.
• Tech Stack: Expertise in ERP systems (NetSuite/SAP), Shopify/Magento, and cloud infrastructure.
• Vision: Ability to implement tech solutions that enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Agility: A "fashion-forward" mindset—able to adapt quickly to seasonal demands and trends.
