Fashion Retail Associate & Content Creator – SoleBoy

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL
Job Type: Part Time/Full-Time (5–6 Days Per Week)

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and create a memorable in-store shopping experience.
• Style customers by putting together complete outfits and offering fashion recommendations.
• Create engaging Instagram, TikTok, and other social media content showcasing SoleBoy clothing.
• Model outfits and appear comfortably on camera for videos, reels, and promotional content.
• Help drive in-store traffic and sales through creative content and customer engagement.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
• Keep fitting rooms clean, organized, and customer-ready.
• Process and return merchandise to the sales floor after customer try-on sessions.
• Replenish inventory and organize new apparel shipments.
• Assist with merchandising and visual displays.
• Support the sales team by locating merchandise and assisting customers.
• Complete operational tasks as needed to support the overall store.
• Arrive on time, stay productive, and maintain a strong work ethic throughout each shift.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of fashion, streetwear, and current trends.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable creating and appearing in social media content.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and current social media trends is a major plus.
• Reliable, punctual, and highly organized.
• Self-motivated with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.
• Available to work 5–6 days per week.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience styling customers or working in fashion retail.
• Experience creating viral or engaging social media content.
• Photography or basic video editing skills are a plus.
• Passion for streetwear, and fashion culture.
