Key Responsibilities
1. Inventory & Stock Management
- Organize and track all inventory (abayas, clothing, accessories, fabrics)
- Monitor sizes, colors, and stock levels
- Maintain accurate inventory records and reports
- Coordinate restocking and identify low-stock items
2. Order Management
- Receive and process customer orders (online & in-store)
- Coordinate with tailors and production team
- Ensure timely delivery and order accuracy
- Track order status and update customers when needed
3. Customer Support & Experience
- Handle customer inquiries (Instagram, WhatsApp, in-person)
- Provide styling guidance and product knowledge
- Manage complaints professionally and offer solutions
- Maintain a high-end, friendly brand experience
4. Social Media Management
- Assist in managing Instagram accounts for both brands
- Post content (stories, posts, reels) aligned with brand identity
- Respond to DMs and engage with followers
- Support content planning, shoots, and campaign ideas
5. Supplier & Production Coordination
- Communicate with fabric suppliers, factories, and vendors
- Follow up on orders, samples, and deliveries
- Source new materials and trims when required
- Maintain organized supplier database
6. Planning & Task Coordination
- Organize daily, weekly, and monthly task priorities
- Support launch timelines, collections, and events
- Ensure smooth workflow between design, production, and sales
- Assist in studio operations and general coordination
Requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Interest in fashion (abaya & lifestyle brands preferred)
- Good communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)
- Experience with Instagram/social media management
- Basic knowledge of inventory or retail operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,200.00 per month
Work Location: In person
