Customer Service / Call Center Officer – Qatar National Bank (QNB)

Qatar National Bank (QNB) is the largest financial institution in the Middle East and Africa, offering retail banking, corporate banking, investment services, and digital banking solutions.

The Customer Service / Call Center Officer at QNB is responsible for providing professional banking support to customers via phone, email, and digital channels. You act as the first point of contact for banking inquiries and ensure customers receive fast, accurate, and compliant service in line with QNB standards.

8. Shift-Based Call Center Operations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred)

1–3 years experience in:

Customer service

Call center

Banking / financial services (preferred)

Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Basic computer and CRM system knowledge

Problem-solving and customer handling skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From QAR6,500.00 per month
