Customer Service / Call Center Roles – Qatar Insurance Company (QIC)

Qatar Insurance Company (QIC) is the largest insurance provider in Qatar and one of the leading insurers in the MENA region, founded in 1964. It provides: General insurance, Motor insurance, Medical insurance, Property & engineering insurance, Marine & liability insurance, Reinsurance and international operations.

Customer Service / Call Center staff in QIC handle customer interactions related to insurance products (motor, health, travel, etc.), ensuring fast, accurate, and professional service. You will act as the first point of contact, supporting customers through inquiries, claims, and policy-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction (Inbound & Outbound)

2. Insurance Support & Assistance

3. Complaint Handling & Issue Resolution

4. CRM & Documentation

5. Sales & Customer Retention (Optional)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma (Business, Finance, or related field preferred)

1–3 years experience in customer service or call center (insurance/banking preferred)

Strong communication skills (English required, Arabic preferred)

Good knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office

Ability to handle high call volumes and pressure

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
