A studio coordinator is urgently needed to join our team in Dubai who will be responsible to manage the day-to-day operations of a studio, ensuring smooth workflows by handling scheduling, equipment, inventory, and client relations. Key responsibilities include booking studio time, coordinating with clients and vendors, maintaining equipment, managing supplies, and performing administrative tasks like record-keeping and invoicing. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and technical skills to serve as a point of contact and support the creative team. Key responsibilities

• Scheduling and coordination:
• Schedule studio bookings and appointments.
• Coordinate projects and manage studio calendars, resolving scheduling conflicts.
• Assist in preparing the studio for sessions or events.
• Equipment and inventory management:
• Organize and maintain studio equipment, ensuring it is in good working order.
• Manage and replenish studio supplies and inventory.
• Handle procurement, including ordering from suppliers.
• Client and vendor relations:
• Act as the main point of contact for client and vendor inquiries.
• Greet clients and assist with their needs.
• Liaise with external vendors and contractors.
• Administrative and operational support:
• Handle administrative tasks like invoicing and record-keeping.
• Manage correspondence and assist with basic IT support.
• Support marketing efforts, such as maintaining a website or social media presence.
• Studio upkeep:
• Maintain a clean and organized studio environment.
• Oversee health and safety protocols.
