Façade Engineer (Onsite) – 15 Years Experience – GCC & Hospitality

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead façade engineering scope across hotel/resort construction projects.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors for detailed design and execution.
• Oversee site installations, testing, and performance of curtain wall systems, cladding, and glazing.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and façade mockups.
• Resolve technical issues onsite
• ensure compliance with international codes and LEED standards (if any).

Requirements:

• 15+ years’ experience in façade design and execution, including 5+ years in hospitality projects. Experience on site supervising facade works (Aluminim, Glass, Steel Woks) is required
• Strong knowledge of facade materials, waterproofing, and thermal insulation.
• Previous experience in GCC (experience in Saudi is preferred).
• Confident communicator with client-facing capabilities.
