We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented F&B Accountant to oversee the financial operations across our restaurant group.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting across all outlets including AP, AR, and general ledger
- Prepare accurate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and P&L statements per outlet
- Monitor and analyse food cost, beverage cost, labour cost, and wastage across all locations
- Reconcile daily sales reports from POS systems against actual bank deposits
- Maintain and improve financial controls, processes, and reporting templates
- Work closely with outlet managers to ensure accurate stock takes and cost reporting
Requirements
- 4+ years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in F&B or hospitality
- Strong understanding of restaurant-specific financials — food cost, covers, COGS, labour ratios
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel
- Experience working across multiple outlets or a multi-site business
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred
