F&B Accountant

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented F&B Accountant to oversee the financial operations across our restaurant group.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting across all outlets including AP, AR, and general ledger
• Prepare accurate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and P&L statements per outlet
• Monitor and analyse food cost, beverage cost, labour cost, and wastage across all locations
• Reconcile daily sales reports from POS systems against actual bank deposits
• Maintain and improve financial controls, processes, and reporting templates
• Work closely with outlet managers to ensure accurate stock takes and cost reporting

Requirements

• 4+ years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in F&B or hospitality
• Strong understanding of restaurant-specific financials — food cost, covers, COGS, labour ratios
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel
• Experience working across multiple outlets or a multi-site business
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred
