  • Guest Service: Greet guests, take accurate orders, answer menu questions, make recommendations, and address concerns professionally.
  • Order & Service: Relay orders to the kitchen, serve meals/drinks promptly, and ensure correct presentation.
  • Payment Processing: Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately using POS systems.
  • Environment Maintenance: Set up, clear, and clean dining areas, tables, and workstations.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with kitchen and other staff for seamless service.
