Job Description
The Food & Beverage Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests in the restaurant. As an Arabic-speaking team member, you will enhance the guest experience by communicating effectively with Arabic-speaking guests, ensuring comfort and satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements.

Present menus, explain dishes, and make recommendations when required, with special attention to Arabic-speaking guests.

Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

Serve food and beverages in accordance with service standards and sequence of service.

Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on their needs and addressing any concerns promptly.

Clear tables, reset them for the next service, and maintain cleanliness in all dining areas.

Assist in setting up and preparing for service, including mise en place, table arrangements, and side stations.

Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, escalating when necessary to supervisors.

Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and promotions.

Follow hygiene, health, and safety regulations at all times.

Collaborate with colleagues and support the overall smooth operation of the F&B department.
Qualifications-
Previous experience in a similar F&B or hospitality role is preferred.

Fluency in Arabic (spoken) is required; proficiency in English is essential.
