Skills and Experiences:
What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional customer service to domestic and international travelers in a fast-paced environment
• Prepare and serve high-quality food and beverages following brand standards and safety protocols
• Operate independently during quiet periods or collaborate effectively with your team during peak flight rushes
• Maintain a clean and inviting outlet environment to ensure a premium passenger experience
• Manage point-of-sale transactions accurately while multitasking across various kitchen and floor duties

About You

• Must possess a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
• Valid Driver’s Licence and own reliable vehicle are essential due to a lack of public transport
• Availability to work across a rotating roster with shifts ranging from 4:00am to 10:00pm
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, "can-do" attitude toward customer problem-solving
• Local resident or long-term visa holder with at least 12 months of ongoing availability
• Previous experience in food prep or retail hospitality is highly regarded but not essential
