F&B - Banquet Sales Manager

Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive banquet and event sales to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Coordinate with the F&B and Events teams to ensure successful execution of functions
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and event orders
  • Conduct site visits and client meetings
  • Identify new business opportunities and market segments
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in banquet or event sales within the hospitality industry (preferably in the UAE)
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple events and clients simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of F&B operations and event management
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • UAE experience and local market knowledge preferred
