The F&B Coordinator supports catering operations by coordinating food and beverage services for events, ensuring smooth communication between clients, kitchen, service staff, and logistics teams
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate food and beverage requirements for catering events
- Act as the main point of contact between clients, kitchen, service, and logistics teams
- Prepare and update event orders, menus, and service details
- Ensure event setups match client requirements and company standards
- Monitor event execution to ensure service quality and timing
- Assist with staff scheduling and service coordination
- Handle client requests, changes, and feedback professionally
- Maintain event records, reports, and documentation
Requirements
- Experience in food & beverage, catering, or hospitality operations
- Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events
- Computer and reporting skills
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
