The F&B Coordinator supports catering operations by coordinating food and beverage services for events, ensuring smooth communication between clients, kitchen, service staff, and logistics teams

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate food and beverage requirements for catering events
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients, kitchen, service, and logistics teams
  • Prepare and update event orders, menus, and service details
  • Ensure event setups match client requirements and company standards
  • Monitor event execution to ensure service quality and timing
  • Assist with staff scheduling and service coordination
  • Handle client requests, changes, and feedback professionally
  • Maintain event records, reports, and documentation

Requirements

  • Experience in food & beverage, catering, or hospitality operations
  • Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events
  • Computer and reporting skills
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
