F&B Cost Controller

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical F&B Cost Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and controlling all food and beverage costs to maximize profitability while ensuring compliance with company standards and policies.

Key Responsibilities

Control and monitor all F&B costs across outlets.

Review daily food and beverage consumption reports and identify variances.

Conduct regular inventory checks and stock reconciliations.

Ensure accurate recording of all F&B purchases, transfers, wastages, and sales.

Work closely with Purchasing and Operations teams to ensure cost efficiency.

Prepare monthly cost reports and analysis for management.

Assist in menu engineering by providing cost and profit margin analysis.

Implement and maintain effective cost control systems and procedures.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, HACCP, and local regulations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or related field.

Proven experience as a Cost Controller, ideally within F&B / Hospitality industry.

Strong knowledge of cost control systems, inventory management, and procurement.

Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/POS systems.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Attention to detail with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
