We are a premium resort property committed to maintaining high standards of food quality, cost efficiency, and operational excellence. We are seeking an experienced F&B Controller to manage food and beverage cost control, inventory management, and compliance across all resort outlets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control food and beverage costs across all outlets
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly inventory audits and stock reconciliations
  • Analyze consumption patterns, wastage, and variance reports
  • Ensure accurate recipe costing and menu engineering
  • Coordinate with chefs and F&B managers to optimize portion control
  • Verify supplier invoices, GRNs, and pricing agreements
  • Maintain cost reports, MIS, and profitability analysis
  • Implement cost control SOPs and compliance standards
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and annual audits

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an F&B Controller or Cost Controller in a resort or hotel
  • Strong knowledge of F&B costing, inventory systems, and internal controls
  • Experience with POS systems, inventory software, and Excel-based reporting
  • Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills
  • Ability to work closely with operations, finance, and procurement teams

Educational Qualifications

  • Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Costing, or Finance
  • Relevant certification in cost control or hospitality finance (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
