About the Job

An opportunity has arisen to join the Food & Beverage Culinary team at Jumeirah Beachfront properties in Dubai. We are hiring for the following positions with the starting date of September 2026 :

Food & Beverage

The main duties and responsibilities include:

Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with Jumeirah standards, ensuring consistency and attention to detail.

Maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety practices at all times.

Support daily kitchen operations and collaborate effectively with the culinary team.

Ensure proper handling, storage, and use of ingredients to maintain quality and minimize waste

About you

The ideal candidates for these positions will have the following experience and qualifications:

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the same role in a 5-star luxury hotel.

Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and kitchen operations (HACCP compliance is an advantage).

Passion for culinary arts with a commitment to quality, consistency, and delivering exceptional dining experiences
