F&B Event Manger

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and manage all catering and event activities from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements, themes, budgets, and preferences.
  • Develop event proposals, menus, and pricing in collaboration with the culinary and operations teams.
  • Oversee on-site event execution, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service.
  • Manage staff scheduling, training, and supervision for event and catering teams.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
  • Monitor budgets, costs, and profitability for all catering and event projects.
  • Build strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Evaluate post-event feedback and implement improvements for future events.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote catering and event services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD500.000 - KD900.000 per month
