Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage all catering and event activities from start to finish.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements, themes, budgets, and preferences.
- Develop event proposals, menus, and pricing in collaboration with the culinary and operations teams.
- Oversee on-site event execution, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and supervision for event and catering teams.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
- Monitor budgets, costs, and profitability for all catering and event projects.
- Build strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Evaluate post-event feedback and implement improvements for future events.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote catering and event services.
