Job description:
Catering Co-Ordinator Duties
- Handle online orders, inquiries, follow-ups, and customer complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Book, confirm, and coordinate catering events for corporate and personal gatherings with internal teams.
- Ensure all special requests of the guest are clearly communicated and accommodated as needed.
- Process catering orders and follow up with customers for payments to ensure smooth transactions.
- Gather post-event feedback for review and continuous service improvement.
Reception Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain records of meetings.
- Handle administrative tasks, including document filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and ensure meeting rooms are prepared.
- Order office supplies and keep inventory on stock
Requirement :
- Proven experience in catering support role and receptionist.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual (English & Arabic) Read, write and speak
- Ability to multitask and prioritize duties effectively.
- Basic knowledge of hospitality and food service operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative tools.
