We are a dynamic and growing "Skin & Haircare startup, and we are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team and ensure the smooth running of our daily operations.

The Role

We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic individual to provide comprehensive administrative support to our management team, and the ideal candidate is a self-starter who can manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Office Management: Maintain an organized and functional office environment, including managing supplies, equipment, and vendor relations.
  • Basic Finance/HR Support: Process expense reports, manage invoices, and assist with basic onboarding paperwork for new hires.
  • Scheduling and Communication: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, coordinate meetings (including booking rooms and preparing materials), and handle incoming/outgoing correspondence.
  • Document and Data Management: Create, format, and edit documents, presentations, and reports. Maintain organized filing systems (both digital and physical).

Qualifications

Required

  • Proven experience 2 years preferred in an administrative or executive assistant role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize work.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or equivalent office productivity software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.

Preferred

  • A degree or certification in business administration or a finance related field.
  • Experience with QuickBooks, specific CRM.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD200.000 - KD250.000 per month
