Job Summary
The Food & Beverage Executive is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant’s food and beverage service. This role ensures high-quality customer service, smooth coordination between kitchen and service staff, and adherence to company standards and hygiene protocols. The F&B Executive also assists in staff supervision, inventory control, and overall operational efficiency to achieve profitability and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support F&B service staff during shifts.
- Ensure all guests receive prompt, professional, and courteous service.
- Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and portion control.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback effectively.
- Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
- Oversee daily cash handling, billing accuracy, and POS operations.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist in stock ordering and control.
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness, organization, and ambiance.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service flow and menu execution.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a restaurant or hotel.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and restaurant billing procedures.
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
