Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of restaurants, bars, banquets, and in-room dining.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of excellent guest service.
  • Supervise and guide service staff during shifts.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth operations.
  • Monitor inventory, requisitions, and cost control measures.
  • Assist in staff training and development programs.
  • Maintain hygiene, grooming, and safety standards in all outlets.
  • Support F&B Manager in planning promotions, events, and menu updates.
  • Ensure compliance with resort SOPs and brand standards

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹31,126.12 per month
