- Roles and Responsibilities :
- Upselling of food & beverages,
- Customer handling,
- Guest Service/ guest interaction,
- Order taking,
- Stock inventory,
- Ensuring front area and back area well stocked with required items,
- Upkeeping of the outlet,
- Adhering brand standard,
- Product Knowledge, etc.
- * Responding efficiently to customer complaints
- * Maintain quality & Consistency of guest experience
- *Actively manage the operations
- * Coordinate with FOH & BOH for in house operations
- * Maintaining a positive working culture for all team members
- * Regularly check the quality and the day dots of products
- * organize the shifts
- * Make sure the safety regulations are followed up in the outlet
- * To make sure the outlet & washrooms are hygiene & clean
- * To make sure the stock requisition is placed before the time given
- * To make sure the cash deposition is done on the given days
- * To make sure the joining formalities and salaried accounts are done for new joined staff
- * Ensure the equipment's are working in good condition and maintained properly
- * To make sure the display is as per the standards
- * To make sure all the lights and music is on when operational
- * To make sure to upload the product status every day on cug mobile
- * To make sure all the name tags are available in outlet
- * To make sure upselling is being done in outlet Roles and Responsibilities
- Desired Candidate Profile : Hotel Management Diploma or Degree Mandatory, Good Communication skills, Age group between 20 to 30
Budgeted salary: 3.6 lacs-4 lacs
