F&B Hostess

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Hostess to join our team. As a Hostess, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Duties: - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently - Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner - Ensure guest satisfaction by providing attentive service - Assist with bussing and resetting tables as needed - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation - Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area Requirements: - Previous experience as a Server or in a similar customer service role is preferred - Knowledge of OpenTable or other reservation systems is a plus - Basic math skills for handling payments and making change - Familiarity with food safety guidelines and proper food handling techniques - Experience with Aloha POS or other point-of-sale systems is beneficial - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Please note that all positions at our company are paid, including internships.
