Key Responsibilities:

  • To report for work on time in correct and clean uniform.
  • To ensure proper appearance (condition of uniforms) and grooming whilst on duty.
  • To attend regular training sessions in line with the departmental SOP’s i.e. guest care, product knowledge, grooming standards, up-selling, etc.
  • To attend all regular departmental briefings and contributes to an open communication within the assigned team Works as per instructions from the immediate Supervisor and as per duty shifts i.e. basic cleaning work, polishing equipment, table setting, collects materials / goods from other departments, etc.
  • To make herself familiar with all menus, promotions, and other relevant issues concerning the outlet (product knowledge).
  • To work (hands on) towards the timely set up of the assigned Food & Beverage outlet, according to the meal settings and in line with the opening hours.
  • To ensure that all stationeries item are sufficiently stock at all times
  • To ensure that under no circumstances the entrance of his outlet is left unattended.
  • To offer consistently professional, friendly, warm and engaging service.
  • To welcome guests to the assigned outlet, receive and conduct guests to tables, ensure that they are attended to and be available for them at all times as a point of contact.
  • To take outlet reservations, handle the reservation book and answer the telephone in an impeccable manner.
  • To set up the outlet prior to the business hours along with the service team.
  • To coordinate with the service team in making necessary arrangements according to floor plan for reservations or blocking off reserved tables.
  • To observe the cleanliness and maintenance of the outlet and the entrance area.
  • To assure the well-being of all guests by maintaining a close, friendly, yet discrete contact.
  • To be aware of all menus and ongoing promotions in the outlet by heart in order to recommend if a Guest requests.
  • To contribute in setting up the outlets database.
  • To reassure the Guests’ satisfaction upon their departure.
  • To generally promote and ensure good inter-departmental relations.
  • To display a pleasant manner and positive attitude at all times and to promote a good company image to guests and associates.
  • To demonstrate pride in the workplace and personal appearance at all times when representing the hotel thus identifying a high level of commitment.
  • To be familiar with the company’s internal policies and procedures.
  • To comply with the hotel environmental, health and safety policies and procedures.
  • To operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect guests’ and associates’ health and safety, as well as protect and conserve the environment.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Up to AED1,600.00 per month
