F&B Manager

We are seeking a highly competent and experienced F&B Manager to assume a critical role within our organization in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and operational excellence.

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of daily F&B operations, ensuring strict adherence to operational standards, procedures, and brand guidelines
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to maximize revenue and profitability while maintaining unwavering quality standards
  • Formulate and manage department budgets with precision, including accurate revenue forecasting, labor cost control, and efficient inventory management
  • Strategically plan and optimize staff schedules to meet operational demands and exceed guest expectations
  • Provide authoritative leadership, comprehensive training, and motivation to F&B team members to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service
  • Enforce rigorous compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene regulations
  • Address guest feedback with utmost professionalism and implement necessary improvements in a timely manner
  • Conduct thorough daily team briefings, meticulously reviewing occupancy forecasts, reservations, and special requests
  • Collaborate closely with the culinary team to develop innovative and market-appropriate menus and promotional offerings
  • Ensure proper care, security, and maintenance of F&B equipment and facilities to maintain optimal operational conditions
  • Continuously monitor and enhance the quality of food presentation, service standards, and overall guest experience
  • Facilitate seamless interdepartmental coordination to ensure optimal operations and guest satisfaction
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of local cuisine trends and cultural preferences to effectively tailor offerings to the Riyadh market

Qualifications

  • Mandatory minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable F&B management position
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated exceptional leadership abilities and capacity to motivate teams effectively
  • Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage operations, with particular emphasis on inventory management and cost control
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, essential for interacting with staff and guests
  • Proven ability to perform efficiently under high-pressure conditions in a fast-paced environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to upholding stringent quality standards
  • Advanced proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management
  • Substantial experience in menu planning and development
  • In-depth understanding of and strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards
  • Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and sound decision-making skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing restaurant management software and POS systems
  • Willingness and ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs
  • Familiarity with local cuisine and cultural preferences in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (highly desirable)
